Office of Educational Administration is responsible for the management of teaching for undergraduates and long-term program students. Subordinate to it are Director’s Office, Teaching Administration and Management Section, Internship and Practice Section, Long-term Medical Education Section, Center of Education Research and Evaluation, Center of Faculty Teaching Development, Textbook Supply Section, Center of Mandarin Training and Testing.
Its responsibility includes：arrangement of teaching plans at the whole university, management of teaching activities, assessment of teaching quality, teacher training, management of registry, granting of certificates and providing schooling certificates to registered students and so forth. The office serves each student in management of the undergraduates at registration, schooling suspension, resumption, transfer and withdrawal, management of courses selection, credits maintaining, arrangement of various examinations and organization of students for CET 4 and CET 6.
The office also responsible for regular management of internship and practice activities, communicating and cooperating with concerned departments in the university, and coordinating among affiliated hospitals. The office also takes responsibility for affairs related to revision and adjustment of teaching plans, specialty construction, cultivation bases construction and textbooks construction. The office works for the organization of teaching assessment and recommendation of candidates for teaching achievement awards, improvement of assessment system, implementation of teaching research, management of teaching reform projects and experimental classes and management of network courses construction project.
