Foundation 1.About the Foundation Nanjing Medical University Education Development Foundation was formally established in June 2007, with approval from Jiangsu Education Department and Jiangsu Civil Affairs Department. It’s a non-public foundation. The foundation is an independent legal entity. It exercises authority as a legal entity independently and assumes social legal responsibilities independently.
