NMU Leader and the Delegation Visit US


Recently, Vice President Li Jianqing led a delegation to visit the University of California and Los Angeles. In the University of California at Davis Medical Center, they had a discussion with some alumni and visiting professors of the university. Relevant personnel of the School of Biomedical Engineering and Informatics, the Institute of Translational Medicine and the Department of International Cooperation joined the discussion and Exchange was accompanied.

       At the University of California, Los Angeles, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on scientific research cooperation, talent recruitment, and faculty training in the field of biomedical engineering, and reached a preliminary consensus. During the visit, the delegation also visited the biomedical engineering related laboratory of the school.

      At the University of California in Davis Medical Center, the two sides renewed the cooperation framework agreement between the two universities, and conducted key exchanges on translational medicine cooperation research, postgraduate joint training, and student exchange, and reached a consensus.

       During the visit, President Li also had a discussion with some overseas alumni and visiting professors, hoping that they could actively strengthen cooperation and exchanges with the university and support the development of NMU.
