Chinese Medical Science Awards Ceremony of 2015 was held in Beijing International Convention Center on Jan. 30th morning. Professor Miao Yi and his team in the First Affiliated Hospital won the second prize for the project “Innovation Research of the Occurrence, Development and Clinical Technology for Pancreatic Cancer”. Meanwhile, Professor Wang Zengjun and his team won the third prize for the project “Technical Innovation and Key Technologic Application in the Diagnosis and Treatment of the Male Reproductive Diseases”.
A total of 83 projects were awarded this year, including 7 of the first prize, 27 of the second prize, 45 of the third prize, 2 of the Health Management Awards and 2 of the Medical Popular Science Education Awards. According to the Awarding Rules of Chinese Medical Association, all these projects were recommended by their institutions and passed through the first and the final vetting procedures of Chinese Medical Association.
