On the morning of January 8, Nanjing Medical University (NMU) and Nanjing University of the Arts (NUA) embarked on a significant partnership by signing a strategic cooperation agreement. The signing ceremony was held at NUA, marking a new chapter in the collaboration between these two prestigious institutions. The ceremony saw the attendance of notable figures including Hao Lin, a Level II Bureau Rank Official of Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Development and Reform, Yuan Jingyu, Deputy Director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education , Yun Qicheng, Head of Wujin District, Changzhou City, and the university leadership teams from both NMU and NUA. Leaders from relevant departments, and colleges of the two universities were also present to witness this momentous occasion.
Yu Feng, the Party Secretary of NUA, extended a warm welcome to the NMU delegation, highlighting the partnership as a "deep integration" of NMU's spirit of "extensive learning to refine skills and moral integrity to achieve goodness" with NUA's ethos of "embracing broad and profound beauty, and thriving through constant change." He encouraged both universities to express advantages in their respective fields, strengthen cooperation and exchanges, and undertake the shared mission of propelling Jiangsu's high-quality development.
