NMU Leader Meets with the Delegation from Queensland University of Technology

Dr. Scott Sheppard, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (International and Development) of Queensland University of Technology, led a delegation to visit NMU on March 17th, 2017. Vice President Wang Lin, deans and directors from Department of International Cooperation and Exchange, School of Basic Medical Sciences and School of Nursing received the guests.

Vice President Wang Lin welcomed Dr. Scott Sheppard for his visit and hoped through the all-dimensional cooperation, the two universities could reach a win-win situation. Dr. Sheppard expressed his gratitude for the benefits that NMU has provided to student & faculty exchange and expected the two partied could continuously expand the cooperation and create a brand-new stage for further exchanges. In addition, the two leaders also made detailed discussions on high-level academic symposium, conducting joint training programs on basic medicine and nursing majors, joint research PhD program and summer school program.

NMU has a more than 10 years cooperative relationship with Queensland University of Technology and has conducted consistent cooperation in the fields of student joint training program, student exchange, summer school and faculty training program.
