3. Research Interests
Traditional Epidemiology:a) the distributions and risk factors of non-communicable chronic disease in population; b) principles, methods and applications of epidemiology.
Genetic and Molecular epidemiology:a) explore genetic or circulating biomarkers for prevention, diagnosis and prognosis of human cancer; b) clarify causal genetic variants of human cancer by Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) and Whole-Genome Sequencing (WGS); c) investigate the molecular mechanism of genetic variants in the tumorigenesis.
