4. Research Interests

Our research group are currently conducting research on the following fields: (1)The toxic effects of environmental endocrine disruptions on reproductive system.. With the electrophysiological assay, we detected the adverse effects of BPA, PFOS, fenvalerate on germ cell capacitation and acrosome reaction. Moreover, the Ca2+ homeostasis were also studied mediated by the environmental endocrine disruptions in germ cells. (2) The negative effects of environmental endocrine disruption on insulin resistance and neuron damage. With the electrophysiological assay, we investigated voltage dependent Na+, K+,Ca2+ channels as well as ligand regulated channels in environmental endocrine disruptions induced cell injury.
