NMU Appoints Supervisors for“5+3” Integrative Model of Clinical Medicine Program

On the afternoon of October 17th, 2016the appointment meeting of supervisors for “5+3” integrative model of clinical medicine program and the meeting between the supervisors and the enrollment of 2015 was held in the College Activity Center of Jiangning Campus. Vice president Wang Lin, deans or directors of the Department of Teaching Affairs and other relevant schools, 160 newly appointed supervisors and all the students enrolled in the “5+3” clinical medicine program in 2015 attended the ceremony.

Vice president Wang affirmed the work of tutorial system in hope of supervisors fulfilling their responsibilities and strengthening communication with students. In the meanwhile, he also required students to contact and communicate with supervisors actively, concentrate on study and cherish current opportunity so as to become qualified medical talents after graduation.

The undergraduate tutorial system of NMU is an important step to further deepen the reform of talent cultivation mode and to design the training for 5+3 integrative model high-quality talents as well as an innovation project centered on academic tutoring, research training and life guiding for all students.
