Nanjing Medical University Held Seminar on Overseas Experience Sharing

In the evening of March 16, Nanjing Medical University held the third seminar on overseas experience sharing in the auditorium of the library. The participants included directors from the Development Committee Office, Office of Student Affairs, Office of Academic Affairs, the Communist Youth League Committee and International Cooperation and Exchange Office, together with representatives of undergraduate students with the experience of studying overseas. The seminar was attended by teachers and students who are interested in studying abroad.

14 students shared their study experiences in 11 first-class universities in the world. The content contained a comparison of teaching modes, extracurricular activities, university facilities and environments. Students deeply exchanged their ideas and the seminar was in a lively atmosphere.

Building a platform for undergraduates to visit overseas universities plays a significant role in broadening their horizons. It is an important measure for nurturing high-quality talents, and is a symbol of education internationalization of Nanjing Medical University. Last year, Nanjing Medical University selected 102 excellent undergraduates, who were grouped into 18 delegations, to exchange and visit 14 world renowned universities, such as the University of Cambridge in the UK, the University of Pennsylvania in the US, and the University of Toronto in Canada.
