In March 2016, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University was awarded by All-China Federation of Trade Unions the honorary title of National Model Home of the Employees. Set forth by All-China Federation of Trade Unions, this title is the greatest honor for outstanding unions in the national federation, which shows the highest approval from national level to grass-root level.
Recent years have witnessed the tremendous progress made by the labor union of the Second Affiliated Hospital. Guided by people-oriented approach, the labor union has made great efforts to build harmonious relationship between employers and employees, enhance team cohesiveness, stimulate individual’s potential creativity, and to bridge the gap between patients and medical staff.
