I am proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of breast tumors. I have very high academic attainments in the fields of breast surgical techniques and standardized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment. I enjoy a high reputation in the professional field of breast cancer. I was a pioneer in carrying out and successfully completing the professional study of the sentinel lymph node technology, and I have made a landmark contribution to improving traditional breast cancer surgical treatment modalities. In earlier time, I and my colleagues performed breast-conserving operations in order to improve the patient’s life quality. Since I was putting myself in his current position, I have completed the diagnosis and treatment of tens of thousands cases of breast tumor, with diagnostic accuracy of 98%. I have completed about 8,000 operations of mammary tumors of various types, including modified radical mastectomy, the sentinel lymph node biopsy, breast-conserving surgery, gland resection Reserving Nipple, I-stage mastoplasty, prosthesis implant breast reconstruction, the latissimus dorsi muscle flap breast reconstruction, FFMD positioning and surgical treatment of nonpalpable breast cancer, the application of Mammotome and milk endoscopic in minimally invasive treatment of breast cancer, and other professional cutting-edge surgeries. Without any medical malpractice and errors, I become the core force of the first line of clinical work.

I have completed two provincial research projects: I completed “Researches on breast-conserving operation of Ⅰ-Ⅱ stage breast cancer, and sentinel lymph node biopsy plus postoperative radiotherapy”（Project subsidized by Social Development Fund of Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, BS2000068）as the first author; I involved as the team leader in the completion of “Technical solutions study on standardized comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for Jiangsu breast cancer prevention and its clinical demonstrations” (Key project subsidized by Social Development Fund of Jiangsu Science and Technology Department, BS2006006), which was honored with the first prize of Award of Progress of Science and Technology in Jiangsu.

Moreover, I have involved in compiling four professional literature works as the first author.
