I. PROGRAM
Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Nanjing Medical University School of Nursing is one of the pioneers to restore higher nursing education in China in 1980. NMU is among the first in the nation authorized to grant doctoral and master's degrees in nursing. In the 4th round of evaluation by the Ministry of Education In 2017, the nursing discipline of NMU was rated as “B+”. The nursing program has been listed as national-level specialty program, and a top-notch academic program of Jiangsu Province. The school owns a provincial-level nursing experimental and teaching Demonstrative center.
Nursing education now includes a multi-level training system at undergraduate and graduate levels. Currently, there are more than 60 full-time and part-time faculty members and more than 1,200 students. There are 28 general hospitals serving as nursing clinical practice and teaching The school establishes the concepts of "coordinating knowledge, ability, and quality, and promoting mutual development of learning, practice, and innovation". It defines the teaching theory as strengthening basis, humanities, practice and innovation. It forms the school's characteristics Of theory -practice-application linkage, foundation-clinic-community penetration, science-technology-humanity fusion, and teaching-researching-servicing mutual promotion. A large number of excellent professionals in nursing education, nursing research,Nursing management and clinical nursing top-notch innovation have been trained for medical colleges and medical institutions in China, many of whom have become well-known experts and scholars in the field of nursing.
The school has extensively carried out exchange activities and has active cooperation with other colleges and universities in the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR, Taiwan Province, etc. It established the third “International Enterostomal Therapist School " in China and the only international nursing experimental class in Jiangsu Province in cooperation with Queensland University of Technology, Australia. The school offers two international courses, ie Nursing Leadership in the 21 st century and Health Promotion taught by professors from the US and Canada It Has accumulated rich experience in the cultivation of international nursing talents.

VI .CRITERIA & ELIGIBILITY
1. Age: 18 to 25
2. Requirement of high-school study with a GPA of 3.0 (out of 4.0) or above. Applicants are required to provide a notarized official high-school transcript.
VII . APPLICATION DATE
Apply from January 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019.
VIII . APPLICATION PROCEDURE
1. Log on the online application system: http://admission.njmu.edu.cn/ .
2. Pay an application fee of CNY500 and a non-refundable deposit of CNY4,000 (CNY4,500 in total). The CNY4,000 deposit will count for part of your tuition payment after registration.
3. NMU will send ADMISSION NOTICE and the Visa Application Form for Study in China (JW202) after receiving the deposit.
4. Apply for an X Visa in an embassy or consulate of PR China , along with the Admission Notice and the JW202 form.
IX .REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS
( each attachment should be in A4 size, jpg format, and less than 0.5MB )
1. Passport copy with at least 1-year validity period.
2. Highest diploma/degree (notarized photocopy).
3. Transcripts of the most advanced studies (notarized photocopy).
4. Certificate of non-criminal record.
5. Other attachments.
X . FEE STRUCTURE (CNY)
1. Application Fee: CNY 500 (first year only)
2. Tuition: CNY 25,000/Year
3. Accommodation Fee: double room, CNY 6,000/ (Person*Year)
The total of the above three items is CNY31,500.
