Program of 5-year clinical pharmacy

The program aims to cultivate students with solid pharmaceutical, medical basic theory and professional knowledge and relevant social scientific knowledge, with a strong pharmaceutical, medical practices and interpersonal skills, good work ethic and humanities, innovation, entrepreneurship. Students can engage in the daily work of Clinical Pharmacy, clinical pharmacology studies, clinical drug management, drug research and development, social pharmacy management, pharmaceutical marketing, drug testing, and pharmacy administration. Students should become the complex of pharmaceutical and Medical personnel.

1、Loving the motherland, having good moral character and professional ethics, discipline, physical and mental health, with lofty ideals and innovation, entrepreneurship；

2、Having generous pharmaceutical and medical basic theory and basic skills, mastering the basic methods and techniques of the pharmaceutical quality control, Pharmacology and Therapeutics, representative pharmaceutical preparation; ability of clinical drug use and pharmacy administration, mastering the basic principles of rational clinical drug use, being familiar with the basic methods of clinical evaluation of new drugs, being familiar with basic knowledge of Pharmacy Administration and regulations, policies and marketing, being familiar with the diagnosis and treatment methods of common disease and frequently-occurring disease；

3、Broader social science theory and Humanities, Natural Sciences with a solid foundation of knowledge, especially in the legal, ethical and psychological aspects；

4、The basic quality and development potential of the modern pharmaceutical science and technology competition；

5、Able to skillfully use modern information technology；

6、Mastering a foreign language, pass the 4^th levels of the National College English Test, or pass the English test organized by the university, the ability to read in English and translate the professional literature.

Students in this program are required to study public basic courses for one year, professional basic courses and professional courses for three years, clinical practice and professional practice for at least one year. Students should not get the bachelor degree until they finish their studies, complete required credits, pass the defense, pass first class exam of computer in Jiangsu province and CET-4 or English level tests in the school.

 

 

Program of 4-year pharmacy

The program aims to cultivate students with solid pharmaceutical basic theory and practical skills, with some basic knowledge of medicine and its related social scientific knowledge, with strong interpersonal skills and a good work ethic, innovation, entrepreneurship. Students can become specialized technical personnel to engage in drug testing, drug research and development, pharmaceutical marketing, pharmaceutical production and pharmacy administration

1、Loving the motherland, having good moral character and professional ethics, discipline, physical and mental health, with lofty ideals and innovation, entrepreneurship；

2、Having generous pharmaceutical basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills；

3、Systematically mastering drug design and synthesis, pharmaceutical formulations, drug quality control, pharmacodynamic evaluation methods and skills, master pharmaceutical and regulations, with the basic ability of drug production and Pharmacy Administration, being familiar with the basic methods of clinical evaluation of new drugs, learning the basic knowledge of medicine and clinical medicine；

4、Able to skillfully use modern information technology；

5、Basic research ability of the research and development of new drugs；

6、Mastering a foreign language, pass the 4^th levels of the National College English Test, or pass the English test organized by the university, the ability to read in English and translate the professional literature.
