1) Improving the treatment outcome of primary and recurrent colon and rectal cancer by a multidisciplinary team approach;
2) Standardization of the surgical procedure for cure of colon and rectal cacner;
3) Minimally invasive surgical treatment for colon and rectal tumor;
4) Anal sphincter-preserving surgery for cure of low rectal cancer;
5) Clinical and research registry for patients with hereditary colorectal cacner.
